Online Orders

This is your quickest method of ordering. Our shopping cart system is designed to be fast and secure. If you know what you want, use this method. So, how do I get started? Its easy, simply register with SkinTrends.com by clicking the “Create an Account” button in the top-right corner of any page or purchase product/s and you can create an account at the end of the checkout process in "Payments" and/or on the "Thank You" page. Just add your product/s to cart, add samples in cart, go to checkout, choose shipping option, choose payment option and place your order. If you need help, you can contact us by pressing the Get Expert Help button located on the right hand side of any page. We love to help!

Esthetician Assisted Orders via Phone

If you’re unsure of a product choice or if you just need help with a question or two, please give us a call. We want you to be satisfied with our website/store and your selection, so we'll help you choose the right product/s to fit your unique condition and needs. We can even process your order for you, once your consultation is complete. If we're available, we'll help you right away. If not, just leave us a voice mail message with your name/phone number and we'll get back with you ASAP. If you wish to schedule a specific time/date appointment, instead, just let us know what's convenient and we'll do our best to accomodate you.

International Orders

Sorry, but due to manufacturer restrictions, we do not process international orders.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added for purchases made by customers located in states that require the collection of a sales tax. This tax may include all city, county and state taxes due on the sale of products. In 2018, the U.S. Supreme court closed a loophole that now allows states to collect sales taxes from e-commerce providers, even if they don’t hold nexus in that state.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover). We also accept PayPal and checks in advance of purchase. We do not accept Cash or CODs.

Order and Shipping Confirmations

Once you’ve completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You should check/verify the order is correct. If it's not, please contact our Customer Service department via Phone or Email to avoid the added cost of returns.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Package tracking information will also follow.
Finally, you will receive an email confirmation once the package is confirmed as received by you or another party. (gift recipient)

Out of Stock Products

If an item ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email. You'll then have the option to wait until your item is in stock via backorder or you may cancel your order.

Unavailable or Incorrect Orders

All orders are subject to change/cancellation by Skin Trends based on incorrect prices, specifications and/or availability of product.

Orders over $100 being shipped to an address other than the billing address

Risk of items being stolen or lost are too great. Orders must be paid using PayPal, in order to ensure Buyer/Seller protection.

Orders over $500

Risk of fraud orders limits our allowable order size. Orders over $500 must be paid using PayPal, in order to ensure Buyer/Seller protection.

Order Processing and Cancellation

Orders are processed in our system within four hours. Credit cards are charged upon order placement. Orders can't be canceled or modified once they're processed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If for any reason, we're unable to fulfill your product order, we'll immediately refund your credit card and advise you of your order cancellation. If you have a change on your order or if you want to cancel an order, contact our Customer Service Department and we'll see whether your order is changeable or cancelable. Otherwise, you'll have to return the items under our return policy.

Order Status/Tracking

You can track your order at any time by clicking on the link provided in either your shipping confirmation or by separate email.

Note: Skin Trends reserves the right to not sell, ship or deliver any orders that it deems questionable, for any reason, including orders that are placed from locations or (ZIP codes) we deem to be fraud or risk prevalent.  We also reserve the right to not sell, ship or deliver any orders/items that are intentionally or accidently incorrectly priced by our staff and/or displayed for purchase.
