Description
Skin brightening lotion/toner for hyperpigmentation and lightening skin.
Ingredients
Aqua (Water), Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water, Polysorbate 20, Bellis Perennis (Daisy) Flower Extract, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract, Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate, Thermus Thermophilus Ferment, Glycerin, L-Lactic Acid, Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA), Citrus Paradisa (Pink Grapefruit) Oil, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Oil and Citrus Sinensis var. Sanguina (Blood Orange) Oil.
Directions
Cleanse your skin. Pour lotion onto a facial gauze pad. Smooth over your face and neck. Use once or twice a day. Add an SPF daily protection.

Love this toner

I am an African American dark skinned female and I am pleased with this toner. In combination with RA hibiscus peels, this toner (along with the RA skin brightening system) has helped even out my skin tone from hyper pigmentation. My skin is a lot smoother as well. If you are looking for a NON-Hydroquinone and safe product this is an excellent choice. There are no adverse side effects.

I've been using this for nearly a month and I find it absolutely amazing. It doesn't irritate my skin and leaves it moisturized, but not oily. It's definitely a "must have" product. I use most of the brightening line and must say they truly work.
